Power of Meditation!

Last time I talked a bit about how to meditate, and explained a little on how simple it was, and what meditation is for.  Chi is another topic I discuss a little bit here, and meditation is of primary importance if one wishes to embark on a path to acquiring chi.  A little while ago, a ran across a couple of videos that I would like to share that goes a little deeper into the relationship between meditation and energy.

If you are new to the concept of energy work, qigong, chi, chakras or meridians, then you know it can all get a little confusing with all the complexity of the meridians, purpose of the chakras, different meditation techniques, properties of chi and how to cultivate it, and the different qigong exercises.  Well, these two videos help smooth out some of the mass amount of information you may run into out there into something a little more streamlined. 

It's not the end all be all of tutorials, but it does package some good information into a easier to understand, more down to earth kind of way.  That, and it talks a bit about some of the abilities that one can acquire through proper meditation.



And this next one is a follow up video.  Mostly dealing with how to raise and work with the energies talked about in the first video.


Between the two videos, it's pretty long, but well worth the watch.  The master that is talked about in the videos, where he is able to shove his staff through a boulder, would be very interesting to watch. 

There are some amazing abilities out there!
